GRABADO CON COLLAGRAFÍA, CARBORUNDO Y PUNTA SECA
LAS PIEDRAS DE STONEHENGE Y AVEBURY son antiguas. Creído Habiendo sido construidos hace alrededor de 4 mil años, se han mantenido (y caído), expuestos a la erosión, el ataque y el escrutinio y, sin embargo, aún mantienen una fascinación.
Esta serie de grabados collagraph se centra en la sensación y la experiencia del lugar. Parece que han sido para describir el sistema solar como fue visto hace tantos años por excelentes ingenieros y así he traído los cielos para encontrarse con las piedras de esta manera.

Collagraph Mercury nears the sun, ready to pass across its vast surface like a boat in the cosmos.

Collagraph Oil-based relief printing inks on 250 gsm Fabriano. The stone were part sculpture, part canvas on which to describe the skies. This last piece take the idea a step further, removing the stone completely and looking to the stars.
